Thanks to all that came out to thank Jeri and Mike for all they have done for us. Also thanks to Amy and Jason Lord for hosting the party - they put in a lot of work to make us all feel welcome! Thanks to everyone for bringing all the great food - I'd have felt way worse Sunday morning if I had not eaten as much as I did during the course of the evening. Still waiting for the recipe from Ross......

I'd also like to mention that I had the least amount of left over beer Sunday from any keg I have ever bought. We polished off 13.5 gallons of Oberon Saturday night!!! That's an accomplishment! Way to go team!

I would also like to thank you all for electing me as the club president. I hope that I can live up to the standards that Jeri and Mike have set for me. I don't think there is a better, more organized club in Michigan and I hope to help keep it that way. I know there is no club with a better group of people than we have and we can accomplish anything we want if we work together. Feel free to tell me if something is concerning you and I'll do my best to make it right.

There - my "rah, rah!" speech is over. I'll try to keep them to a minimum in the future.

Looks like this years ace race prototype "is a fast, overstable midrange. It has good speed for a mid, longer glide than you'll expect, and a medium strong finish. When you turn it over it will always come back unless you really torque it. Will hold a line in a moderate to strong headwind." Sounds like the Ace Race this year is gonna be a blast, especially running a mid-range prototype disc at the basket! One more reason to get your pre-registraion up on the scene! Or you can call the TD Chad Lantz (517) 543-5578 as well and let him know who you are and how many you are bringning with you. Remember, we have to order ourpackages in advance so you have to pre-register, this is to ensure that we have enough packages available for all who want to participate this year. I would hate to see soemone get turned away because we did not have enough packages available
