The time is drawing near... Harvest Doubles is almost here!

Island hole will be played on day one! And we're adding 2 extra holes (old 3 and 4) to make a 20 hole layout.

Don't forget to sign-up for Harvest doubles at Fitzgerald park. Pros and Am1 play 10/22 (B-tier), with the island hole in play. Mixed and all other divisions play 10/23 (unsanctioned), no island hole. At this 3rd Annual Ichabod Crane Open 10/30 (C-tier), we have a little bit O' fun planned for all you Halloween Heads... the 1st Annual Ichabod Crane Open Pumpkin Carving Contest! We'll supply the carving utensils and pumpkin, you just bring your best carving game. Sign-up for the Carving Contest ... more

For Harvest Doubles (Day 2, Mixed and All other)---To Clarify, 9 and 9 is a format where you must use 9 or your drives and 9 of your partners. All subsequent shots on the hole are played best shot. Only the Pro and Am mixed divisions will be playing this format, all others play straight best-shot.

I could set up a chart for you that will allow you to seed any number of players in match play format.

depends on how many show. If we can do matchplay first round and stroke play for the final round, that is preferred (by me)... but last year the numbers didn't work out, so we just did stroke and it worked out fine. The good thing about match play, and the reasoning, is so the tag numbers have some validity, that is, we can seed player. So.... I guess we'll find out the day of :)

Hey all- I just moved to Dewitt this week from Minnesota. Looking for someone that wants to head up to Luna Disc Ladies Open for the mixed doubles event on Sunday. I play pro, so looking for a pro player. Could either roll up to Flip City with me Friday eve, caddy sat (if you are down- I'd cover camping), then play doubles Sunday, OR we could work something else out. Let me know if you know anyone that would be interested. Thanks!
