Yes there will be a bag tag finale, waiting on the disc design and delivery date. Yes the courses will be the same as last year.

November 9th and 10th. More details coming soon!

Well don't hold me to it but from the CCDG web site calendar looks like Nov 10+11 with courses listed as Cascade Gateway, Keizer, Dallas, and Camp Taloali. All I know and from their website. Guess stay tuned for further announcements from someone about details

I would like a answer from Chris Wilcox or other board member that can give us members a good and proper answer as to why the pad pour for today at Taloali was called off. After being in touch with gounds keeper at camp, Sylvia from the camp and also Nate, I can see no reason why this was called off. The camp was reserved but not the disc course area. In fact Sylvia had not even heard from group anything about the work that was planned and said there was no reason why we could not come get i ... more

I guess the lesson to be learned from this is as Nate admits he's not really in loop with course since moving the best way to find out camp activities and contact should be thru Sylvia. She is final answer and very friendly and responsive to requests and such. Thought this had been brought up befo ... more

D.O.R.C.s turnout was typical at only 10 players, so Dallas D.O.R.C.s this week did NOT draw anyone awy from Taloali. But I would like to be informed if voulenteers would like D.O.R.C.s to appear on these scheduled events to boost turnout AFTER D.O.R.C.s. NOTE; "AFTER D.O.R.C.s"

Keizer Rapids next Sunday.

Steve Moore    September 14, 2013 at 3:27pm

Was out at Keizer this morning getting dirt spread that Jason was able to give time moving to some of the tee pads. Still more to do as Jason showed this morning also to help me finish spreading the current piles. Take a look at the improvements going on (also been some PacWest Billy Goat action going on some fairways and such (Thanks Jason). All in all going in right direction again and always able to use people power on all of the courses in area to keep them in proper shape. Have question ... more

As a concerned paid member that speaks what he feels is proper and important, can I ask why August meeting minutes are yet to be posted? Couple days before next meeting and minutes still not posted in any, yet alone a timely manner. Guess if paid members cannot or do not make meetings this makes it difficult to stay involved or excited about being involved.

Good night and good luck

With Woodmansee course looking the way it is at this time only reinforces in my mind how important course condition is at any and all courses. I know Barry is course keeper for Cascade and been doing a fine job of beginning to try and bring it to proper shape. I am curious about Woodmansee and Keizer and who is supposedly in charge of those courses. Just curious how often a course keeper should check in on there course and make note of items needed to be done and ensure they get done. 5 foot ... more
