I was informed there were over 30 cars at Taloali today and they used the picnic shelter on the campground which costs money to use. And to make things worse, only $13 was in the donation box. You need to either put money in the box or pay up the $20 for a yearly pass. Spread the word out to the other people that they need to put in a few dollars every time or pay the $20 for a decal sticker pass for the year. Lets not ruin this for everyone and follow a few simple rules please.

I strongly do not feel that is the correct answer. I feel getting the proper people into positions that have responsibility and accountability is still the answer as I tried to push for earlier this year. One of the main problems is good information about elections and bylaw changes did not go out to all paid members in a proper fashion. Because of this the selection of new board members was done without full memberships knowledge. This cut the pool of people that might be interested in a po ... more

I have an idea for the club meetings... How about just having quarterly meetings instead of monthly... It would be easier to require board members to show up?

Found a star vulcan today. Name and number are faded to the point that I can't read them. It has a verry spacific color scheme tho. So tell me the color scheme and ill gladly return it to ya.

Rick Saffeels from Canyonview Camp is trying to see if anyone interested in bringing portable baskets up this weekend and try out some of the possible future holes we are thinking about for their layout we are trying to get installed. If interested let me know and will work out details from there. He will be on site both saturday and sunday. Private land and church camp so good behavior but good possibility's for another local course in future.

Just wanted to put out a good job to Chris Wilcox for his finish in Willamette Open open class, not bad representation at all and nice effort.

To all others in group and local area that participated hope you all had a good time and enjoyed it.

I am currently in the early stages of the redesign for our web site. I would like to put out an open invitation to others in group and area for input and ideas before going very much further. I have set up a test site at home playing with various ideas and concepts. I would like to offer up meeting at my place for further discussion. My time is currently flexible so could meet as convenient for others that are interested. Do not need to have computer skills as much as ideas graphically and ... more

Yes, I had some idea Chris but not sure of schedule and times till now. I already had the weekend marked off on my calendar on web page. Will update times there later. Why such late late start for cascade Sunday, don't feel that is time to play round, grab a quick bite to eat and travel to Taloali by 2:00 start. Just wondering.

The problem is steve is that the people in charge only think of them selves so when they WANT to tell you they will. Last minute as always, kinda sad don't you think.
