I'm going to come out tomorrow since Brampton glowie got cancelled. I'm happy to bring a few extra discs for any new guys.

Info about winter league 2012/2013
When: Saturdays 9:30 am tee off
Cost: $2 to play. $2 optional ACE pool. $2 optional CTP/s (there may be more then one)
Format: Random draw doubles (we will try for PRO/AM teams)
ACE pool: Capped at $75
Currently we have a starting ACE pool at $40.00. We will donate 50% of the remaining ace pool after the season finale, to Christie Lake, for course improvements; as we did last year.
Our season kicks off in less then a week Sat. Nov. 3rd 2012.

I have installed some fairly sweet signs for the short tees. This gives the much needed footage in large print as well as the hole number in red. Enjoy.

The new lock box has been put up and the park has ordered some video cameras to help keep the park safe.

The course has just been cut and I have installed 18 flags on all the baskets. The flags are a good wind indicator.

League was 6 strong today, but not as strong as the forces of Mother Nature. -3 took the win. We also tested out the new rubber tee pads that the park dropped in on 4 of the holes. All in all they were very good and we didn't slip, considering they were wet.

Nice turn-out today. 12 hard cores fighting the elements. (wind and constant snow)
Chris and his partner killed the field with a -5. Kudos to Mike and Sasha who placed second.

There will be no club Sat. 20th as the GTA Cup will be on.
