Man, thats no good. We drove thru there 3 weeks ago and people were playing. Where should we play the next tourney on the 31st? Anyone?

FYI: Independence Lake "Picnic" course in Whitmore is a seasonal course. It was pulled three weeks ago and will return again in the fall. The Local 101 is building a year round course at Indy Lake, the Chuck D Memorial, and it will be completed in late summer. Sorry for the bad news.

Well there was some confusion over the start time, but Blaine Tweed ended up winning the Inaugural Putter Challenge at his home course, Bay Court. It came down to a playoff with Ryan Jones but Blaine parked it 3 feet from the pin for his first win of the year. Congrats Blaine and keep it up. Hope to see everyone at the Memorial Open on May 31. We should play at Independence Oaks in Whitmore Lake. Peace
